Excelsior Charter Eagles (Victorville, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Pomona Catholic Pacers (Pomona, CA), 62-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Excelsior Charter upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Victor Valley Christian (Victorville, CA) to clash with the Royals in a Freelance bout on Friday, December 15. The Royals go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Victor Valley Christian lost 14-11 in their recent league bout against Apple Valley Christian (Apple Valley, CA)

Next up, the Pacers clash with the St. Genevieve Valiants (Panorama City, CA) in a Santa Fe bout, on Thursday, December 7. Pomona Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Valiants go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 56-32 league win over San Gabriel Mission (San Gabriel, CA).
