California High School Basketball - Hemet can't hold off Palm Desert

The Hemet Bulldogs basketball team (Hemet, CA), was nudged 36-33 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA)

The Aztecs now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Big Bear for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Palm Desert will battle a Bears team coming off a 37-35 non-league loss to Granite Hills (Apple Valley, CA). The Bears record now stands at 2-6.

The Bulldogs (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against San Jacinto (San Jacinto, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, San Jacinto edged Beaumont (Beaumont, CA), 41-38, in a non-league battle.
