Marion Center Stingers (Marion Center, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ligonier Valley Rams (Ligonier, PA), 61-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Marion Center upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Stingers travel to Cambria Heights (Patton, PA) to clash with the Highlanders in a Heritage bout on Thursday, December 7. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Cambria Heights won 52-43 in their recent league bout against West Shamokin (Rural Valley, PA)

Next up, the Rams clash with the Valley Vikings (New Kensington, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Ligonier Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 34-23 non-league loss to Leechburg (Leechburg, PA).
