Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Mt. Carmel Sundevils (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA), saw Mt. Carmel's basketball squad overcome Grossmont by a tally of 50-36.

With the victory, Mt. Carmel improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Sundevils host Sage Creek (Carlsbad, CA) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Sage Creek lost 29-24 in their recent non-league challenge against El Camino (Oceanside, CA)

Next up, the Foothillers confront the Mira Mesa Marauders (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 16. Grossmont will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
