Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM), 44-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Del Norte upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Manzano (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Monarchs in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Monarchs go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Manzano lost 38-25 in their recent non-league bout against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM)

Next up, the Ravens play the Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Rio Grande will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Pintos go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 51-11 non-league win over Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
