Walkertown Wolfpack (Walkertown, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC), 57-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Walkertown upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Wolfpack host Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Eastern Guilford won 73-41 in their recent non-league bout against Glenn (Kernersville, NC)

Next up, the Cardinals clash with the West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. East Surry will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 62-17 non-league win over North Surry (Mount Airy, NC).
