Colorado High School Basketball - Flatirons Academy crushes Gilpin County

December 6, 2023: Black Hawk, CO 80422

Flatirons Academy Bison (Westminster, CO) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Gilpin County Eagles (Black Hawk, CO), 53-6 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Flatirons Academy upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Bison travel to Merino (Merino, CO) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Eagles play the Denver Waldorf Spartans (Denver, CO) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Gilpin County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
