Louisiana High School Basketball - Archbishop Rummel thwarts Walker

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Archbishop Rummel Raiders (Metairie, LA) and the host Walker Wildcats (Walker, LA), observed Archbishop Rummel's basketball team knock off Walker by a score of 59-39.

The Raiders (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Kennedy (New Orleans, LA). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Kennedy prevailed over John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA), 55-47, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Plaquemine Green Devils (Plaquemine, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 17. Walker will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
