Ohio High School Basketball - Garfield holds off Berkshire

The Garfield G-Men basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Berkshire Badgers to 65 in the G-Men non-league triumph on Friday.

The G-Men now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Southeast for a Mahoning Valley - Grey game on Tuesday, December 10. Garfield will confront a Pirates team coming off a 64-52 non-league loss to Field (Mogadore, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Berkshire falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Badgers travel to Crestwood (Mantua, OH) to confront the Red Devils in a Chagrin Valley - Valley game on Wednesday, December 11. The Red Devils go into the game with a record of 1-0.
