In Friday's non-league contest, the host Bishop McCort Crushers basketball team scored a big 73-39 triumph over the Purchase Line Red Dragons.

The Crushers (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against United (Armagh, PA). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, United smashed Penns Manor (Clymer, PA), 78-45, in a league contest.
