The Copper Canyon Aztecs basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets to 45 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Aztecs now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Tonopah Valley for a non-league game on Thursday, December 12.

With the loss, Blue Ridge falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Yellow jackets travel to Pima (Pima, AZ) to confront the Roughriders in a non-league game on Monday, December 9. The Roughriders go into the game with a record of 2-0. Pima won 59-39 in their recent non-league game against Round Valley (Eagar, AZ)
