The Captain Shreve Gators basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Hahnville Tigers to 34 in the Gators non-league triumph on Friday.

The Gators now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to McDonogh 35 for a non-league game on Saturday, December 7. Captain Shreve will confront a Roneagles team coming off a 71-19 league win over Eleanor McMain (New Orleans, LA). The Roneagles record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, Hahnville falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Port Allen (Port Allen, LA) to confront the Pelicans in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Pelicans go into the game with a record of 6-4. Port Allen lost 77-58 in their recent non-league game against St. Helena College and Career Academy (Greensburg, LA)
