The Cinco Ranch Cougars (Katy, TX) basketball edged the visiting George Ranch Longhorns (Richmond, TX), 55-50 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 12-2 record. They play next when they host Eisenhower for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 7. Cinco Ranch will play a Eagles team coming off a 58-48 non-league loss to Dobie (Houston, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, George Ranch falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 7. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 5-8. Fort Bend Elkins lost 78-63 in their recent non-league bout against Cinco Ranch (Katy, TX)
