The Mustangs (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Fort Bend Austin (Sugar Land, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Fort Bend Austin prevailed over Cypress Falls (Houston, TX), 46-44, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Centennial Spartans (Burleson, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Grapevine will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 48-47 non-league win over Midlothian Heritage (Midlothian, TX).
