The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) and the visiting Kiski School Cougars (Saltsburg, PA), observed Homer-Center's basketball team edge Kiski School by a score of 55-49.

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against United (Armagh, PA). The Lions come into the Heritage challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, United edged Purchase Line (Commodore, PA), 66-32, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Lake Forest Academy Caxys (Lake Forest, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 6. Kiski School will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Caxys come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 79-32 league win over Latin (Chicago, IL).
