The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Jackson County Blue Devils (Gainesboro, TN) and the visiting Humboldt Vikings (Humboldt, TN), observed Jackson County's basketball team overwhelm Humboldt by a score of 72-40.

The Blue Devils (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Clarkrange (Clarkrange, TN). The Buffaloes come into the non-league challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Clarkrange trounced Cumberland County (Crossville, TN), 66-60, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Vikings battle the Hamilton Wildcats (Memphis, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 7. Humboldt will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 56-45 non-league loss to Hillcrest (Memphis, TN).
