The McLoud Redskins basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Okemah Panthers to 65 in the Redskins league triumph on Friday.

The Redskins now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Holdenville for a 66 game on Tuesday, December 10. McLoud will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 61-60 non-league win over Little Axe (Norman, OK). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Okemah falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Henryetta (Henryetta, OK) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. The Knights go into the game with a record of 1-2. Henryetta lost 58-51 in their recent league game against Eufaula (Eufaula, OK)
