Nevada High School Basketball - Mineral County trounced by Pershing County

December 6, 2024: Hawthorne, NV 89415

Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Mineral County Serpents (Hawthorne, NV), 68-42 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Pershing County advances its record to 3-4 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Pyramid Lake (Nixon, NV) to face the Lakers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 7. The Lakers enter the match with a record of 1-0. Pyramid Lake won 59-39 in their recent non-league match against Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV)

The Serpents now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yerington for a non-league match on Saturday, December 7.
