North Carolina High School Basketball - Bertie thwarts Pasquotank County

December 6, 2024: Windsor, NC 27983

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bertie Falcons (Windsor, NC) and the visiting Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC), observed Bertie's basketball team knock off Pasquotank County by a score of 32-23.

The Falcons (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against John Paul II Catholic (Greenville, NC). The Saints come into the non-league challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, John Paul II Catholic prevailed over North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC), 60-42, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers encounter the Washington County Panthers (Plymouth, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Pasquotank County will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
