The Chargers (11-4) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (San Antonio, TX). The Mavericks go into the non-league contest with a 4-12 record. In their last contest, Madison was topped by Canyon (New Braunfels, TX), 58-27, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Lions battle the A&M Consolidated Tigers (College Station, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Leander will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 5-7 record after their 45-37 non-league loss to Antonian Prep (San Antonio, TX).
