The Eagles (12-3) will now prepare for their contest against Winnsboro (Winnsboro, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league contest with a 14-2 record. In their last contest, Winnsboro nipped Pearce (Richardson, TX), 98-53, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Hornets confront the Queen City Bulldogs (Queen City, TX) in a 3A Region II District 14 contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Hooks will attempt to better on its 13-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 30-29 non-league loss to Pewitt (Omaha, TX).
