Next, the Sundevils encounter the Calhoun Academy Cavaliers (St. Matthews, SC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, December 12. Charleston Collegiate will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Cavaliers come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 46-31 non-league loss to Colleton Prep Academy (Walterboro, SC).

The Riptide (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC). The Raptors come into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Academic Magnet was routed by Hanahan (Hanahan, SC), 53-46, in a non-league test.
