The Steele Knights basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Clark Cougars to 39 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now have a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Canyon for a 6A Region IV District 29 game on Tuesday, December 10. Steele will confront a Cougars team coming off a 56-27 non-league loss to Rouse (Leander, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Clark falls to 5-10 on the campaign. The Cougars host Reagan (San Antonio, TX) to confront the Rattlers in a 6A Region IV District 27 game on Wednesday, December 11. The Rattlers go into the game with a record of 10-7. Reagan won 33-27 in their recent non-league game against Smithson Valley (Spring Branch, TX)
