North Carolina High School Basketball - Garner defeats Middle Creek

December 6, 2024: Garner, NC 27529

The Garner Trojans (Garner, NC) basketball were winner over the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC), 62-49 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Knightdale for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 7. Garner will play a Knights team coming off a 70-26 non-league win over East Wake (Wendell, NC). The Knights record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Middle Creek falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Green Hope (Cary, NC) to play the Falcons in a 4A Southeast Wake bout on Tuesday, December 10. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Green Hope won 46-28 in their recent league bout against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC)
