The Indians (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX). The Dragons come into the 6A Region I District 4 challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Southlake Carroll was tipped by Brewer (Fort Worth, TX), 45-32, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Royals encounter the Haltom Buffalos (Haltom City, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 7. Richland will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Buffalos come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 47-44 non-league loss to Birdville (North Richland Hills, TX).
