The Bertie Falcons (Windsor, NC) basketball were winner over the visiting Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC), 54-46 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Falcons now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to John Paul II Catholic for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 10. Bertie will play a Saints team coming off a 60-27 non-league loss to North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Saints record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Pasquotank County falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Washington County (Plymouth, NC) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 13. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
