Next, the Mountaineers clash with the Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC) in a non-league test, on Monday, December 9. Kings Mountain will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 3-0 record after their 63-18 non-league win over Draughn (Valdese, NC).

The Wolves (0-1) will now prepare for their test against East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Mustangs come into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, East Lincoln bounced Hibriten (Lenoir, NC), 63-21, in a non-league test.
