Florida High School Basketball - Lake Wales knocks off Lake Gibson

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Lake Wales Highlanders basketball team scored a good 34-21 win over the Lake Gibson Braves.

The Highlanders (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Ridge Community (Davenport, FL). The Bolts come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Ridge Community defeated Mulberry (Mulberry, FL), 38-31, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Braves battle the Bell Creek Academy Panthers (Riverview, FL) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 11. Lake Gibson will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
