Downey Knights (Modesto, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Manteca Buffaloes (Manteca, CA), 6-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Downey advances its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Mountain House (Mountain House, CA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, December 7. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 2-5. Mountain House won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Tokay (Lodi, CA)

The Buffaloes now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Millennium for a non-league test on Saturday, December 7. Manteca will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Kimball (Tracy, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-1.
