Illinois High School Basketball - De Smet Jesuit crushes Belleville West

The De Smet Jesuit Spartans (St. Louis, MO) basketball crushed the host Belleville West Maroons (Belleville, IL), 87-63 in Saturday's non-league bout.

Next, the Spartans encounter the Alton Redbirds (Alton, IL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 9. De Smet Jesuit will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Redbirds come into the test with a 3-1 record after their 64-49 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IL).
