Kentucky High School Basketball - Bluegrass United can't hold off Crossroads Christian

December 6, 2025: Lexington, KY 40511

Crossroads Christian CRU (Big Rock, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their basketball team tip the host Bluegrass United Bluehawks (Lexington, KY), 60-55 in a non-league contest.

The CRU (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against HomeSchool Resource Center (Monee, IL). The Patriots go into the Midwest Christian HomeSchool contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, HomeSchool Resource Center was tipped by Heritage Christian (Dyer, IN), 53-28, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bluehawks battle the Powell County Pirates (Stanton, KY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 9. Bluegrass United will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Pirates go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 72-59 non-league loss to Floyd Central (Eastern, KY).
