Arkansas High School Basketball - Lafayette County bested by Foreman

Foreman Gator Arkansas (Foreman, AR) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Lafayette County Cougars (Stamps, AR), 96-83 in a non-league contest.

The Gator Arkansas (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Cutter-Morning Star (Hot Springs National Park, AR). The Eagles go into the 2A Region 7 contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Cutter-Morning Star topped Horatio (Horatio, AR), 66-23, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Strong Bulldogs (Strong, AR) in a 1A Region 8 contest, on Tuesday, December 9. Lafayette County will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record.
