The Mount Zion Christian Collegiate Warriors basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Hempfield Black Knights to 41 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Greater Destiny Prep Academy for a Southeast Bible Belt bout on Friday, December 12. Mount Zion Christian Collegiate will play a Warriors team coming off a 63-59 non-league loss to Amandla Academy (Greensboro, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.

The Black Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their test against State College (State College, PA). The Little Lions come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, State College went down by Red Lion (Red Lion, PA), 71-57, in a non-league test.
