The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Springdale Bulldogs (Springdale, AR) and the host Izard County Cougars (Brockwell, AR), observed Springdale's basketball team overwhelm Izard County by a score of 51-28.

The Bulldogs (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bryant (Bryant, AR). The Hornets come into the non-league battle with a 8-0 record.

The Cougars now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sloan-Hendrix for a 2A Region 2 battle on Friday, December 12.
