Ohio High School Basketball - Strongsville overwhelms Maple Heights

December 6, 2025: Strongsville, OH 44149

The Strongsville Mustangs basketball squad scored 80 points and restricted the visiting Maple Heights Mustangs to 59 in the Mustangs non-league win on Saturday.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Medina Battling Bees (Medina, OH) in a Greater Cleveland outing, on Friday, December 12. Strongsville will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Battling Bees go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 66-58 league win over Shaker Heights (Shaker Heights, OH).

With the loss, Maple Heights falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Warrensville Heights (Warrensville, OH) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 9. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Warrensville Heights lost 70-40 in their recent non-league bout against SPIRE Academy National (Geneva, OH)
