California High School Basketball - St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy knocked off by Millikan

In Saturday's non-league battle, the Millikan Rams (Long Beach, CA) basketball squad topped the visiting St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Warriors (Downey, CA), by a count of 84-66.

With the victory, Millikan advances its record to 4-4 on the year. The Rams travel to Leuzinger (Lawndale, CA) to encounter the Olympians in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 10. The Olympians come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Leuzinger won 80-79 in their recent non-league challenge against George Washington Prep (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Warriors meet the Cabrillo Jaguars (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, December 8. St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 48-45 non-league loss to Edison (Huntington Beach, CA).
