In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Nacogdoches Dragons basketball team scored a big 69-33 win over the Mineola Yellowjackets.

The Dragons (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Corsicana (Corsicana, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Corsicana was crushed by Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX), 47-40, in a non-league match.

The Yellowjackets now own a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chapel Hill for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 9. Mineola will face a Red Devils squad coming off a 29-28 non-league win over Hooks (Hooks, TX). The Red Devils record now stands at 5-3.
