Seaside Seagulls (Seaside, OR) backers went home thrilled Saturday as they saw their basketball team smash the host Bend Lava Bears (Bend, OR), 69-38 in a non-league contest.

The Seagulls (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Banks (Banks, OR). The Braves enter the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Banks was overwhelmed by Jefferson (Jefferson, OR), 45-43, in a non-league match.

The Lava Bears now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Klamath Union for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 9.
