Arizona High School Basketball - Cicero Prep Academy victorious over Bourgade Catholic

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Cicero Prep Academy Centurions basketball squad scored a nice 47-37 victory over the Bourgade Catholic Golden Eagles.

With the victory, Cicero Prep Academy upgrades its record to 8-2 on the year. The Centurions travel to Valley Lutheran (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Flames in a 1A East match on Tuesday, December 9. The Flames enter the match with a record of 1-4. Valley Lutheran lost 57-12 in their recent non-league contest against St. Johns (St. Johns, AZ)

In their next game, the Golden Eagles confront the Gilbert Christian Knights (Gilbert, AZ) in a 3A Metro contest, on Tuesday, December 9. Bourgade Catholic will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 3-3 record after their 55-30 non-league loss to Pusch Ridge Christian Academy (Tucson, AZ).
