The Kennedy Fighting Irish basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Norwalk Lancers to 31 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Fighting Irish now have a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Cypress for a non-league game on Monday, December 8. Kennedy will clash with a Centurions squad coming off a 61-52 non-league loss to Segerstrom (Santa Ana, CA). The Centurions record now stands at 3-4.

The Lancers (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA). The Firewolves enter the non-league outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Samueli Academy ran past Legacy College Prep (Santa Ana, CA), 52-17, in a league outing.
