The Panthers (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Mayde Creek (Houston, TX). The Rams go into the 6A Region III District 19 contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Mayde Creek was tipped by Huntsville (Huntsville, TX), 54-33, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Indians confront the Dayton Broncos (Dayton, TX) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, December 9. Santa Fe will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Broncos enter the outing with a 7-6 record after their 37-32 non-league win over Hudson (Lufkin, TX).
