Oregon High School Basketball - Pendleton nips Taft

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Pendleton Buckaroos basketball team scored a close 59-56 win over the Taft Tigers.

The Buckaroos (2-0) will now prepare for their contest against Lewiston (Lewiston, ID). The Bengals come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Lewiston edged East Valley (Spokane, WA), 66-26, in a non-league contest.

The Tigers now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrisburg for a non-league match on Wednesday, December 10.
