Arizona High School Basketball - Pinnacle can't get by Salpointe Catholic

The Pinnacle Pioneers basketball squad (Phoenix, AZ), was nudged 41-39 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Salpointe Catholic Lancers (Tucson, AZ)

With the win, Salpointe Catholic improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Lancers host Kellis (Glendale, AZ) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 6. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Kellis won 70-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ)

In their next game, the Pioneers battle the Xavier College Prep Gators (Phoenix, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 9. Pinnacle will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
