In Saturday's non-league contest, the host South Central Trojans basketball team scored a big 57-20 triumph over the Rittman Indians.
The Trojans (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Western Reserve (Collins, OH). The Roughriders go into the Firelands outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Western Reserve was overwhelmed by Mapleton (Ashland, OH), 57-30, in a league outing.
The Indians (0-5) will now prepare for their outing against Hillsdale (Jeromesville, OH). The Falcons enter the Wayne County outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Hillsdale was overwhelmed by Smithville (Smithville, OH), 42-27, in a league outing.
