The Reed Raiders basketball squad scored 47 points and held the visiting Fernley Vaqueros to 33 in the Raiders non-league victory on Saturday.

Next, the Raiders face the Galena Grizzlies (Reno, NV) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, December 9. Reed will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Grizzlies enter the outing with a 2-3 record after their 60-44 non-league loss to Reno (Reno, NV).

The Vaqueros (1-4) will now prepare for their game against South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, South Tahoe toppled Churchill County (Fallon, NV), 49-41, in a non-league game.
