With the victory, Taft upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host Sheridan/Sheridan Japanese (Sheridan, OR) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 9. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Greyhounds play the Faith Bible Christian (Aloha, OR) in a 2A Northwest bout, on Monday, December 13. Gaston will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The go into the test with a 2-1 record after their 66-56 non-league loss to Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, OR).
