Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS) and the visiting Houlka Wildcats (Houlka, MS), saw East Union's basketball squad wallop Houlka by a tally of 62-21.

With the victory, East Union improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Urchins travel to Ingomar (New Albany, MS) to confront the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 10. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 10-2.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Vardaman Rams (Vardaman, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 9. Houlka will attempt to improve on its 0-11 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 51-33 non-league win over Water Valley (Water Valley, MS).
