The Lathrop Spartans basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting West Wolfpack to 25 in the Spartans non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 9. Lathrop will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 62-22 non-league loss to Manteca (Manteca, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-6.

The Wolfpack (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Golden Valley (Merced, CA). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Golden Valley was routed by Ripon (Ripon, CA), 39-25, in a non-league contest.
