Kentucky High School Basketball - Bishop Brossart knocked off by Beechwood

The Beechwood Tigers basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Bishop Brossart Mustangs to 62 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Conner for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Beechwood will meet a Cougars team coming off a 68-41 non-league win over Dixie Heights (Edgewood, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.

The Mustangs (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Harrison County (Cynthiana, KY). The Thorobreds enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Harrison County ran past East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY), 63-39, in a non-league contest.
