The Edison Chargers basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Crean Lutheran Saints to 54 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Chargers now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to JSerra Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Edison will battle a Lions team coming off a 60-56 non-league win over Pacifica Christian/Orange County (Newport Beach, CA). The Lions record now stands at 6-0.

The Saints (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Portola (Irvine, CA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Portola was defeated by Pacifica Christian/Orange County (Newport Beach, CA), 75-36, in a non-league contest.
